OTH Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions
Effective as of June 1, 2025
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in OTH Network’s (“Company”) rewards program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The Company reserves the right to update and change the Terms without notice. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Eligibility
To qualify for, and to participate in, the OTH Ambassador Program, you must be part of the OTH Creator community with a registered account. You can register here: https://the.othnetwork.io/ambassador-program-apply/. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Obligations
As an Ambassador, you are required to adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your participation in the Program. You agree to use the Program at your own risk. Ambassadors must apply via the Ambassador Website before initiating any outreach to a business or brand regarding a potential partnership with OTH. All referrals must be submitted through the Ambassador’s unique Referral Link, and must include the correct email address associated with their account to ensure proper tracking and credit.
Referral Tracking
The Company will provide a Referral Link for ambassadors to submit and track business referrals. The Company will monitor submitted businesses and display status through real-time reporting via the Ambassador dashboard. No referral codes are required.
Approved Business Referral Definition
A business is considered approved once the contract has been signed and payment has been received by OTH. Once a business meets this threshold, it will be added to the approved business list.
General Payment Terms
For each approved business referral, Ambassadors will receive a one-time payment of $200. OTH reserves the right to change this rate at any time. Payments will be made on the 1st of the following month after a business becomes active (i.e., if the business is approved on the 7th, payment will be processed on the 1st of the next month).
Payment
Payments will be made on the 1st of each month via Zelle, PayPal, or wire transfer. Ambassadors are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their selected payment method.
General Information
You should ensure that the contact information on your OTH account is accurate and up to date. We will not be responsible for any missed or delayed payments resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
Proprietary Rights
The Company retains all rights, ownership, and interest in the Program, including copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
Liability
The Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Our aggregate liability under these T&Cs will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you.
Termination
We reserve the right to close your account or remove you from the OTH Ambassador Program at any time if we reasonably believe you have acted fraudulently, misrepresented the brand, or breached any of these T&Cs.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
OTH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Program is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
By signing up to be an Ambassador in the Program, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
